I had taken a 1 year membership of old bigflix because I liked their collection of titles. Their shop was close to my house, so I could exchange my DVDs any time. Suddenly they closed all the shops and started providing only door delivery services. I still managed with it though their service was not prompt. They would deliver the DVDs at home address when I would request them at office address and vice versa. Then suddenly they stopped their delivery service.


Some agent from BigFlix called me saying that they will transfer my account to online account and to compensate this, they will send DVDs of 75 movies that I choose in a week. However, they came to deliver a bundle of 75 DVDs of random titles. I refused to take this shipment. I showed my willingness to discontinue my subscription and requested for refund since I had subscribed to them only a month back. They agreed to discontinue my service and process my refund but whenever I send them a mail, they responded saying it will be processed in next 45 days.


Finally, I have got refund from them after almost 5 months. Another problem is that you cannot contact them at all. They don't have any customer care phone number. You have to send an email which they respond to after 1 week.
