Bad first experience.
Paid online for 3 months service. The account doesn't get active, took them 3 days to track down the transaction. Customer service I spoke to(Nathline Pinto and her supervisor Amina) failed to address any of my issues and totally rude, When asked to give there superiors names, they refused they just hangup on me.
Avoid online transaction with them if you are going to use it.
I will take my business elsewhere, will never use BigBlix again.
