Bigflix: A very good start indeed @ Bangalore. Review on BigFlix

I started with my BIGFLIX.com journey out of sheer curiosity. To be frank, Iam quite happy with DVD/VCD rental service with my neighbourhood store and I never even ventured for online services like 70MM.com .

3 things prompted me to try Bigflix.com :

1) Problem of delayed return of DVD and ensuing charges at DVD shop

2) Big bang marketing blitz of Bigflix.com

3) And of Course , the Brand of Reliance group and it monstrosity.

*Overall, Iam quite satisfied with performance of Bigflix.com and would definitely recommmend a try at the service.*

Here is detailed analysis :

1) **Membership Schemes :**  As I was unsure of service capabilities, I started off the minimum rental scheme of Rs 299 per month with Rs 400 as refundable deposit and can orderd one DVD at a time. But  rental plans are varied in nature and those who want to avail of multiple dvd rental and annual rentals can also have a look at various plans.

Verdict : Impressive rental plans suited for individuals

2) **Depth of Movie titles :  **As they claim, there is a list of more than 10000 titles in 6 Indian languages including movies, TV shows, documentaries etc. Each video comes with a DVD or VCD rental option and title is pretty exhaustive in all the languages.

Verdict : V V impressed by the collection of movies

3) **Service capabilities :  **Free pick up and delivery option from Home . The service executive comes twice a day to collect /deliver the videos at no charge whatsoever. Pick up can ordered online as well by Call center helpline

Verdict : Very prompt, punctual and best part is they will come once at 10  AM and second at 6 PM...

4) **Movie qualitiy **:  So far so good. One DVD got stuck Mid-way while the other DVD didnt give any trouble.

Verdict : Mixed feeling as one English Movie DVD got stuck at end of 1 hour while the other title gave no problems

5) **Website issues :  **Nicely done, easy to navigate website. Some minor technical errors are present , but overall quite userfriendly

Verdict : Impressive and User friendly

*Final Verdict :  **Overall, I have got a good experience from Bigflix and would recommend to all, as the movie collection is very impressive coupled with good service capabilities and affordable rental.s
