I had been a member of Big Flix from more than 2 years in Bangalore. When I was shifting to Goa I found out they dont have service in Goa. I had renewed my membership for another 6 months and just 3 months after that we had decided to move to Goa. When I spoke to Big Flix for refund of the 3 months remaining they said they dont have the refund policy.
Only option is I give my membership to someone else. I asked around but no one wanted so I ended up losing my money. I even told them that its a ridiculous rule they have of no refund. If they have that kind of rule then they shud ensure delivery to any place in India or abroad. I felt very cheated but since its Reliance they are just not bothered bout the loss to customer. They got their money & thats it.
