Very Poor quality of DVD's. When you compain, they apologise and say that they will add 1 day to
your membership. Later when you call them up, they say that DVD print was good and that DVD
player might have some problem. There's no immediate replacement of DVDs provided in case of
poor quality DVD's. So you lose viewing pleasure and days. If you call helpline, there are no
supervisors, website is not managed well.
Dont know refund procedure. I wish to cancel my membership. I have complained so many time on
their website as well as over phone. Everytime they reply the same. They seem to be least bothered
about customer entertainment. Because whenever you plan to watch movie during holiday, it turns
out to be bad print. and it spoils holiday mood.
On top of it, they advise you to get your DVD player serviced instead of replacing their
scratched DVD with new ones. This is a height. It appears they are only interested in making
money. I signed up for membership for 3 months only. Now I am trying for refund. So far they havn't
given any satisfactory reply.
