My experience with BigFlix in Bangalore has been quite good so far.
I had some initial hiccups too, but, since the BigFlix store is close to my place I sorted them out by talking to the store manager who had access to managers of the back office, IT and logistics department. The store personnel were very helpful.
Luckily, one day, I met the city's head of operation in the BligFlix Store and explained some of the common issues customers generally face. He was extremely happy to receive the feedback and said that more feedback they get from the customers, the easier it becomes for them to improve the service.
Their customer care is hopeless - do not rely on them.
Try to get the contact numbers of the local managers from the BigFlix store managers. Every city has a back office, distribution center, etc. If you have access to a BigFlix store, maybe you can try to resolve your issues through them.
Let's hope that this service will improve over time.
