I'm using bigflix for about 4 months now and so far found the service and support quite good. The collection of movies (especially hindi0 is very good.
They have got a good collection of hollywood movies also - most of the hits can be found but if you are looking for the offbeat ones it may not be there. However, I compared the other online rental services as well before going for it and found the bigflix collection comparably better.
The pricing is also good and if you can utilize it well (e.g. 2-3 movies a week) then I think per movie rate on the annual 2-disk plan comes to what you pay in your next-door DVD shop. And, the plus is you get to keep the DVDs for unlimited period of time and the copies are original!
One negative point would be they don't replenish their collection with new movies too often but then there is plenty to watch for a year or so.The word of caution is everyone's taste of movies are different, hence have a check to see if your collection is there or not. Also review all the plans to see which one seems most economical to you.
