I recently choose to puchase my grocery online. to save my time & money also??.
I made id on bigbasket. and added approx 10 items in my basket & choose my office address for delivery. I choose express delivery option ( they claim 150 mins delivery) by paying Rs. 30 extra. firstly they themself broke my order in two parts ( 8items in one oreder, 1 item of rs 24 in one order and cancel 1 item self without asking or intimating me) and add Rs. 30 as delivery charge for each order . & you have to bear charges if you cancel ( min rs. 30) . they give me delivery time before 4: 52. my office opens till 5: 30. after 5: 15 no one came. then I call their cutomer care( alothough they are quite responsive. I like them for this) they apologise for the inconvenience . and added Rs. 50 as guaranteed delivery penalty. and I told them to deliver it next day with other ( 1 item) in the time slot of 9am to 12pm . they said ok sir. bt when I reached home . I had a message that your package will be deilvered before 9 pm. this is ridiculous. how I supposed to be in my office when I m my office closes after 5: 30pm . and I already told them . after a long conversation( fruatrating) they cancel my order by deducting my money i.e. Rs. 60 for two orders and now my wallet balance is -10 after adjusting Rs. 50 that they added to my wallet previously
