I recently tried ordering from big basket the order never came on time and most of all the delivery guys were uneducated and mannerless idiots who were trying to pass stupid jokes over the phone extremely unprofessional and disgusting service never order from them to save yourself a headache.
You're better off sending your guy to a local shop to purchase grocery I would give them negative stars
