Most of the time items delivery delayed also before 10 mins of delivery they cancel many of the items citing out o stock. I think now it is the time to say BYE to online grocery vegetable stores like big basket. Customer service is good but that doesn't mean we have to tolerate this deficiency of service. Better to get out of home and buy from local shop, if items are not available we know it instantly and can move to next shop.
