Sharukh khan is brand ambassador and their ad is attractive so as a reliable site I ordered some vegetables from big basket.
First they delivered wrong item and after they exchange with the right one.
They send almost rotten items.
Price was little high.
I was looking for some particular items that I could not find.
most of things show Out of stock.
Their webpage is little confusing, need to improve.
I am really Unhappy with Big BaskeT
I would suggest godrej natures basket.
