I ordered 15 items from Big Basket which was supposed to be delivered next day. They apologized on call saying we could deliver only 11 items next day. So, I confirmed items to be delivered one day in delay but altogether.
Even after passing on the information they delivered some 10 items very next day and when I called the customer care they put down the call half way without listening to the problem. Still they didn't deliver 5 items for which I made the payment online.
