So far I have ordered 4 times from BigBasket at home. And till now no mess up by the team.
The order was delivered when promised between slotted times.
Easy to order from home. saves time to queue up in shopping malls during this crouching heat.
Although i'd definitely like more offers from them in the future.And add more variety in the imported section. And refill the stock as most of the times their item is out of stock.My mom loves it. Which makes me happy.Cheers to BigBasket!
