I ordered groceries for my home from Big basket recently, the prices were all good everything was on a discount and I ordered all the branded packeted items just couple of vegetables so I was not worried about the quality either.
During the transaction they ask the slot of delivery so according to my schedule I kept it 8-10 am in the morning. What I didn't knew was they are extra efficient and reached my doorstep at 7am only without even calling on my phone but somehow I opened the door from half sleep and what I see is the guy came to deliver only 1 vegetable and when I asked about the rest the groceries will be delivered shortly, I was angry as hell they disturbed me from sleep just to deliver 1 lady finger packet. Never going to order or even I do I will never put delivery slot in the morning
