I am not happy with the kind of service they offer. I feel dissatisfied with them for the following reasons:
1). Delivery time: Suppose I order today morning, they deliver next day.
2). Sometimes they do not deliver all the products at one lot.
3). Veggies are not fresh.
They have been good earlier and I used to order from them, but now the services have deteriorated, most of the items are not available in the store and sometimes if they have an offer running, the products that are about to expire are delivered.
People go for online shopping only because they need things urgently and because they provide the convenience of home delivery but whats the point of online order when veggies get delivered next evening(36 hours later)
