Today I would like to share with you my experience with Big Basket. I have tried it almost 3-4 times but the experience was never good with vegetables. All other stuff it is fine but whenever I ordered Veggies, I have faced below issues
Veggies were never fresh
Most of the times spoiled veggies were delivered
Sometimes I have faces issues related to the weight as well. They change the weight at the end moment. I agree they inform customer but dont ask their consent. And it inpacts a lot in veggies like cabbage, cauliflower etc. Sometimes due to weight change they will send 2 pieces which is way more than what is ordered.
