I am residing at Bangalore, I usually get olive oil from my near by shop, but unfortunately they stopped bringing due to less movement. Then I started online shopping but only cash on delivery type. Most of the online shops asked for online payment but I found big basket cash on delivery and online payment both.
I ordered some other offer items and rarely available things along with olive oil, I received the message of order number as BBO-5902657-161215 with delivery date what I choose.
What a surprise! Even though the traffic is heavy, they knocked my door on time. I received all the items correctly with the receipt.
In the next time, I ordered wipro safe wash liquid buy one get one free with some other products, But I found only one wipro wash, immediately I called for customer care, they credited the left product amount in my big basket account which will be used for next purchase. Their customer care is excellent, I got immediate reply on this issue. Now I am getting regularly some products every month on big basket.
