Never Buy in Big Basket. Review on Bigbasket

Bad delivery cut veggies were rotten on delivery itself and potatoes were also rotten. Harpic bottle leaking. bad service. four times placed order and only disappointment .

Irony continues. that to 2 deliveries with mistakes….Same Day….THE DAY SPOILED

Twice I had bad experience with BigBasket….

My mistake was even after bad experience I order it for emergency…

Here is my mistake ….

Ordered 6 products…. Out which they themselves divided the order into 2 .

In first order delivery at 8 AM

I ordered Henko matic which is in promotion buy 2 get 1 free….as per online. I ordered 2, should receive 1 extra.

Got only 2 and the representative said he is not aware such promotion. He spoke to his official and they also said they are not aware of such promotion.

Official said if u want cancel order and will credit Rs. 400 in my bigbasket Account….

I am not at all interested in buying in BigBasket any more… and WHY SHOULD I LEAVE MY Rs.400 IN BIGBASKET AMOUNT

After so much discussion and verification they raised an order for the delivery of henko with promotion on 16 december

Now second Delivery at 7:30 pm

I ordered complan Royal. The manufacturing date is MARCH 2015 which will expire in 2 months

When asked the delivery boys connected me to officials

Official said if u want cancel order and will credit Rs. 360 in my bigbasket Account….

I am not at all interested in buying in BigBasket any more… and WHY SHOULD I LEAVE MY Rs.360 IN BIGBASKET AMOUNT

Asked for refund of money and they said will raise request and refund in 7 to 10 days…. and raised a ticket number 4107058

What if, if I buy products from them and pay in 7 to 10 days?

Now date is 29 Dec money is not credited!

when I called the guy said he will do it n 7 to 10 working days!?

Bigbasket is not worth dealing as they sell old stock and take away money.
