I have had my order cancelled 4 times for my latest encounter with big basket. These 4 cancellations have resulted in me not gettin items that have been ordered over a week ago. The reasons they quote are technical difficulties, missing trays etc.
To me there's only one reason - incompetency and unprofessionalism. This venture is in existence to help facilitate hassel free grocery shopping and not keep its customers deprived of food. Being an unmarried man who works long hours I was extremely relieved to hear about big basket.
However, this unforgettable and bitter event has made me one angry customer who will never use this service again.
