Very poor customer service.
Perishable goods and Dal’s vegetables are not fresh anymore and I hot worms in attack.Shampoos and other products are half filled or sometimes below quarter of the quantity lotions et. Worst part is although I have brought it to there notice no response. I would strictly advise not to shop on big basket anymore.Product tracking is also not there so you can't track your order.
