Bigbasket is a very good concept: your supermarket at your doorstep. Very useful if you don't want to spend lots of time in the traffic jam in Bangalore. Depending of the product you buy, the price is better or not.
The only problem is that they replace few products in your order by others items and they didn't even tell you. Moreover I advise to check your bill and the products they bring to you because they forget (on purpose or not?) few products which are on your bill
Conclusion: The concept is great but they're not fully reliable on your order!!
