I started using Big Basket about one year ago because they had some great offers like 20% cashback on using PayTm wallet and many others. But I found that dry fruits are of very low quality that are packed using Big Basket brand packaging. Same happened with others grocery and staples items also that have been packed in Big Basket brand packing.
The worst thing happened when we ordered a carton of Nandini milk and some of the packets of milk in this carton were just about to expire. They had mixed the milk packets packed on different dates in the same carton and the packets that were about to expire were at the bottom of carton.
So I will suggest not to go to Big Basket for grocery and staples and milk items.
