I purchase lot of items from big basket. The vegetables are really very well sealed n are fresh. The rates are reasonable.
It's very good for working people who can't hit the store every time. I like big basket also becoz of its times slot facility. Just the customer service is quite weak. It will be good if they can work a bit on that as well would like to share my persnol experience on same. I called their customer service to make changes to my oder after booking my stuff but no one picked the phone u called twice but no answer I got
