If you are like me who hates to stand in queues at supermarket or actually even hates to go out of home on those cool weekends to struggle in the traffic, then this is what you need!

I order 4-5 times a month right from Veggies to basic household. So far, my experience with them has been very good. They have always delivered on time.

Pros of Bigbasket:

1. Order from your home at your convenience.

2. Pay by plastic, no cash needed.

3. The catalog has several products which u can't buy anywhere on retail.

4. Return is simple and easy - they pick up, they pay.

5. Vegetables are sorted for best and premium quality and very hygienically packed.

6. Courteous staff and secure methods of confirmation of order on delivery through PIN.

Cons:

1. Discounts are less.

2. Vegetables are expensive.

3. They take order and modify at last moment due to non-availability.

4. Customer care won't reply to mails and unfortunately the phone lines are not 24x7

*Overall, for a guy like me who wants things delivered at home it's a blessing. I would certainly recommend BigBasket to all.*
