Now I share my experience on bigbasket, it is one of the application used for buy a food and groceries, a few months ago I ordered some fruits and vegetables in this bigbasket, the overall cost is rs800, Most of the fruits and vegatables are rotten, even they are not store in fridge also, so it waste for money.
The service of the customers is good, but sometimes they couldn't considered.
The quality of the product is worst, my point of view its fully bad experience.
when I ordered the fruits and vegetables is delivery charge is high, my product price is only 800rs, but it could charge for me 1000rs, because the reason of delivery charge .In bigbasket the product delivery time is to be late for me.
when we use this applications and website is opened very slow, even sometimes its they displayed page cannot be opened.
Relability of this application product is not good.
