Whenever I place an order they always deliver 1 or 2 products less. The worst part is that until you cross verify the invoice and the product received they won't say a word.
After you check and notify only then the customer service guy says that the actual product that I ordered was not available in that quantity and then your money will be refunded otherwise you'll be cheated.
So whoever is ordering from big basket make sure to match the invoice price and quantity with the actuals.
