I took a big tv connection - one year subscription free. Even after 3 months its not activated. Several complaints to call center. they are unable to provide service.
We spoke to several of their call center agents. No useful response. poor training. only lip service. No problem solving. The service given was appaling. No one in the call center is responsible.No senior person intervened. they have callous attitude towards customers.
Never bothered to see customers problems. We have wasted 4 hours on this bullshit product. Local guy who sold the dish afetr pocketing 1800 . is not taking calls. He is not accepting return of dish and set top box. I vhave lost 1800 rupees on this big tv.
Its the worst dth service in india they have made us a scape goat. worst possible service standards. Throw it away.I have opted for tata sky.I am enjoying it.
