We purchased BIG TV connection in Annanagar Reliance outlet in chennai on November 1st and they promised us installation with in 3 to 4 days. but People who came for installation found SETUP BOX is not working. They told us they will repair the box and will get back on next day. but they didnot turned up.
After 2 days they came now and say that still it has same problem and will take to repair 1 more day.
Following things were need to clear from BIG TV service providers.
Why they provide the faulty setup boxes?
Toll free is no use as the people are uneducated and never respond for queries ?
Why this setup boxes to be repaired ? Instead they need to provide new ones.
We are still waiting for big tv installation as it is passed 6 days.
Overall Big tv is the waste TV.
I am suggested people to go for Tata sky or Dish TV or Local cable operator. They will provide better service .
