Unable to contact customer service @ 1800 2009001 from 3days. No option of waiting on a call or on hold, Always call gets disconnected stating all customer service reps are busy right now. Unable to watch tv even after aishwaryasingh23ing for the same. Worst service ever was seen.


Never recommend reliance big tv. I understand we will have problems some time, But if there is no customer service to attend how can we sole the issue.
