I am totally disappointed with the services.
Installation was late. Rude staff at customer care who doesnt a word of english & replies in hindi. One staff member went to the extent of telling "tere ko jo karna hai kar le, hame farak nahin padtha". I lodged an official complaint with the state head for customer care & its almost a month & a half, no actions taken or information passed.
Half the channels go off air almost half the time. The so called set top box gets stuck most of the time. There are no recharge cards in the market for recharging. The dealers themselves don't know when it will come or where it is available. The installation process is painful really painful.
Big sochke gadde main gir gaya yarron. If you have an option please don't get big be happy with what other offer.
