This is Ravindra from East Bangalore. I have purchased the Big TV STB on 1st september and registered for the installation on the same day.
After that, my struggles have started like what you are suffering now. They gave the complaint number on 3rd september. I was calling CC dialy two times by spending 1 hour for each call. They replied like they will be sending the engineer soon for the installation.
Atlast I got a call from the engineer yesterday (on 16 september). They came to my home and they have done the installation. It took 2 hours for them to do the complete installation. The picture quality is superb and we are really enjoying Big TV now.
One thing for sure, we have to wait for **Big T(V)**hing to happen. You will be really paid for the time that you are waiting for the Big TV. This is for sure. Anyway, I will update the review if I face any problem with the Big TV in near future.I think that they will rectifiy the delay in installation soon.
