Guys Never Ever buy Reliance BIG TV. This is really scrap they never respond to any issues. Customer care is worst compare to any other service provider. I have recharged for a Year and its been disconnected in 10th month itself and they don't have answer why its been disconnected.
Not only Big TV even with Reliance Net Connect, every now and then I have issues with this connection as well as billing.
Though there is a big brand name behind this but higher authorities are least bothered on customer satisfaction. FXXXXX.
My sincerer request to all "Don't buy any Reliance product" you may end up with same situation?
