I purchased the starter kit and Setup box on 27/Aug/2008. Well the web world outlet at Panjagutta (hyderabad) sold&; for 2490 because they did not have 700 recharge voucher and sold me the 1000 voucher.
Reliance promised installation with 24 hours and until now nobody has bothered to call. The only response I get from their call center is "installation will be done Today" ( I guess it is a standard reply)
I called them numerous times and got the same reply. The only reason I opted for them is the component video output the set top provides. Finally today (05/Sep/2008), the installation guys turned up and did a neat installation job.
The picture and sound quality good. I still rate the overall experience as average because of their inefficient installation delays. I did not find the remote very convenient.
