Two weeks back I went for shopping at phoenix mall Big Bazaar. among various items I picked up I bought two packets of Nescafe Capaccino (each supposed to be containing 5 sachets). after few days when I opened the capaccino box, to my horror I found only 4 sachets. when I opened the other box in that also I found only 4 sachets. I think it is day light robbery. felt really sick of this great firm called BIG BAZAAR. I will never visit this shop again. friends few this u need to be aware when you go for shopping at BIG Bazaar:
(a) Check the bill for additional items being included
(b) billed rate for the items more than its MRP
(c) pse check the items content (qty) as far as possible.
At the last try to avoid big bazaar as far as possible. even local kirana shop is better. if not variety at least he is loyal to u.
