This store is like an overgrown sahakari bhandar. I wish they would organise their stuff in a better manner. there is a lot of range and variety but it lacks the neat organisation of things. it is quite difficult to find what u want even if it is there on some shelf becos the signs are not really helpful. u will invariably find yourself asking the store assistant. although it is a huge place, I would advise people to go to shop at phoenix mills only from monday to friday. do not venture on weekends. its a bad experience. 1
) you have to wait in a queue outside to get a parking
2) big bazaar is extremely crowded on weekends and you barely are able to hold on to your trolley forget moving it
3) the lines at the payment counters are huge. u spend more time to make the payment than to procure your stuff since almost everyone out there is buying in bulk. a better alternative, therefore, is going in the middle of the week and avoiding wastage of time.
