Would like to share my bad experience after buying a wardrobe from Big Bazar Thane.
We were looking for a wardrobe with a mirror and could not find one so the salesman at Big Bazar - Thane convinced us that we can install a mirror on the door and there won't be any problem, as the material is good. But to our surprise, the door started bending vertically after 2-3 months. When we informed Bigbazar, their representative did come after two weeks for inspection and promised of giving a door replacement ( same also confirmed by Store Incharge ). After that we followed up for almost a month and got whole lot of excuses for the delay.
We were shocked when after a month they told us that they cannot give us the replacement and if we want we'll have to buy one that too at unreasonable amount dictated by them. Myself and and my wife is very disappointed by this entire episode and the way the BigBazar staff behaved with us. It seems they do not value the customer and neither they realise what customer goes through after spending hard earned money.
We find ourself helpless in this situation and would not like anybody else to go through it. So, you may buy grocery and other stuff but think 10 times before buying expensive items such as furniture from Big Bazar.
