Hi all, this information is for all those absent minded civilians who spend their saturdays and sundays in the malls with spouse and kids.Especially for planning the monthly groceries in advance.
if you happen to shop at Food-bazaar, Shipra mall and have come across this fact that many a times some of the billed items are left out at the counter without being packed, by the packing guy....then don't you worry.Their service is wonderful.What you have to do is....
1.**retain the cash memo.
2.Call on the help line no's : 60002255, 1800223050.
3.Tell the person the name of the items, contact no's, Cash memo no., date, that is printed on the top of the bill**.
*Do retain the cash memo, when visiting the next time to collect all the left out items**.
The system is simple...The code that is printed on each items, can be only billed once as the system do not accept any second time billing of the same item code, which is then kept separately, so that the customer can collect afterwards.
Although it's simple but you really have less hassels as there is no time limit and you can collect the left out items at your own convienience.Just chill and have a great time.....
