The after sales services of Big Bazaar are pathetic. I do not recommend anyone to buy any electronic item from big bazaar. I
I bought an electric oven _ Koryo brand supposed to be sold and on-site service warranty to be provided by Big Bazaar as it was their own import. This itself was a struggle as the sales person were not interested in selling the same as this was probably the last piece.Then he refused to swipe my wifes Shakti credit card as it cannot be used in electronics
Looks like the Big B does not bother to service the customers after selling their customers poor quality products
The oven did not work when I operated it immediately after purchasing.
Telephonically notified the complaint , went to Big Bazaar , EDM Mall, New Delhi and got the complaint noted in the comments register as told by staff.
almost 2 months , nothing has been done.
DONT BUY from bazaar , bahut mehangaa para bhai ! Product to kharaab hai , after sales service to mashaallah hai.
