I have booked a queensize coat and bed from Big Bazaar for Rs.19, 799/-, Delivery slip No.2165, from Whitefield branch, Bangalore on 28-10-08 and suppose to be delivered before 17-11-08, but I didn't get it till now and they are not responding now. Many times I have gone and asked but they are not giving my money back. Later only I came to know that the same products giving less price at Old madras rd. branch through one of my friend.
Even if it is delaying from other end they r not informing customers and keep quiet with our money. Even delivery date was for 5days time didnt get any response from shop and I hv enquired directly then only I came to know that they wont deliver it before 10-12-08. After spent much time in their shop, assured me that best possible date but I didnt get response before the specified time. Still am waiting for their call
