CAN YOU BELIEVE THE COMPLETE SUIT IS MISSING FROM BIBA ONLINE DELIVERY?
This is regarding my SADDEST experience with Biba.in online delivery.
I Ordered 3 sets online and they delivered only 2 sets. ONE ENTIRE SET WORTH 2000 IS MISSED.
When I called Customer service and told the issue. She asked me "HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?". I am supposed to ask this question right?
When I emailed them Customer service very carelessly responded they said they sent all the 3 suits and cannot accept the Request.
