From last many days me and many of my friends who are using Airtelmobile prepaid cards were getting lots of SMS rather you can say spam messages from Airtel itself related to ring tones, mukka, and many such stuff...
We got frustrated from these SMS as sometimes they come very frequently four five times in a day, once I received this sms at 2:00 AM!
I complained at their call centre, they said you will not receive any such sms in future but of no use. I am still getting these sms its not only me but all the users in Delhi getting this spam sms. I don?t have any option now to change the service provider as I am using my number from last five years and if I change I will loose lots of contacts.
I request them not to send these sms without anyone's acceptance. If I don?t want to receive they must not send any message.
If India?s one of the best mobile service provider will do such thing then what will others do.
Please stop this SMS and make the Mobile service clean as we are already fed up of spam sms.
