I am using Airtel from last four years but these days this is became nightmare for Airtel subscribers. here is an example of there worst service ,due to some unknown reasons I couldn’t able to connect from there customer care 121 From last one month, I registered my complaint with one of there outlets near Vikash marg, Delhi, they assured me that my problem will be solved within 24 hours. But they where failed to do so. Again I informed them Four times through SMS .But still I am waiting for there response .and I Believe this is violation of consumer rights, And some action should be taken against them, with the help of this forum I want support of all the people who are victim of service providers.
