I am someone who has held Bharti Axa Smart Health insurance policy and paid timely premium to this crooked company for 10 years. By the grace of god I remained healthy througout and never had to rely on this unreliable insurance provider and its equally unreliable TPA called FHPL.
This year I had run some tests and was eligible for Health check reimbursement which is measly amount under 5k(even lower). Post covid already reeling under loss but thankfully not hospitalized I approached this companys crooked TPA for Health checkup reimbursement.
That bunch of thugs hasn't even filed the claim after 30 days for an under 5000 Rs. claim. I wrote to Bharti Axa and after even 15 more days they are unable to respond properly. They don't even understand the issue and their associates talk about who is your claim handler when I have clearly told them your TPA hasn't even provided me claim ref. no. or filed claim, Can you imagine what they'd have done to me if I had been hospitalized. They'd have sucked the blood and money out of me. I will never ever continue insurance with them and with full force of my conscience recommend that anyone who wishes to remain happy, healthy and harassment free never insure with Bharti Axa which is the worst insurance provider in India I think.
I have proof of all the above including recordings.
