Dear readers,
With utmost shock, I am writing here that Bharat Matrimony, one of the trusted Matrimonial sites is utilizing your information, be careful to reveal your credit card information. Once you do, they will, without your consent, use your credit card and upgrade your membership in dollars and NOT INR just because they get better gain.
Their Customer service members notably Mr. Vijay(a senior Manager) has almost no spine in telling me that he will send an apology letter and its been 5 days having said so! The co-workers are just a bunch of nitwits blabbering anything they like even without understanding that this kind of business needs a "trust relationship", if you cannot trust a provider, GOD help your privacy.
Be careful dealing with Bharat Matrimony, which was a trusted site until sometime I must say.
