COMPLAINT AGAINST BHANZU ONLINE CLASSES FOR PLAYING WITH THE KIDS’ FUTURE WITH A FRAUDULENT MALPRACTICE;A BETRAYAL OF CUSTOMER TRUST .

a. Bhanzu is a fraudulent company engaged in cyber crime through online classes; a shortcut way to earn the illegal money in a legal way.

b. Innocent parents & kids were made fools for the sake of an advanced education system by experts.

This is a complaint against the ongoing fraud businessof Bhanzu online classes by offering innocent parents the assurance of an advanced education system for their child. Nowadays, all parents are very much concerned about their kids’ advance education and search for best online classes for their kids but unfortunately, some fake online classes like Bhanzu are running their business only to fool people by engaging a non professional teachers who are just a fresher’s and not even passed graduation or having BEd or having higher degree education.

Since my child, who is in 6th standard, attended the class for three months but he didn’t find anything new in the method or topic taught to him, the same topic is repeated again and again in previous classes . Moreover, they used to skip the classes on holidays. Hardly, 5-6 classes in a month and with the same topic and nothing new was introduced .Teaching on those topics which were of lower standard , which my child already studied in 4-5 standard . Sometimes internet connectivity issues made the class cancel and the teacher used to take only two classes in a week and sometimes only one with an excuse . Even If the child is absent no enquiry was made by bhanzu , why he has not attended the class , purely a business to fool around people by luring in the name of advanced mathematics .

Bhanzucheated us with false commitment on following points :-

1. The online classes offered by Bhanzuwere on installment basis with the conditions that if we will not like the classes you can discontinue it any time by intimating us. Once the class will stop, installment will also stop on prior notice or message.

2. Deducting money from my account every month without any prior intimation

3. Full refund will be given if you don’t like the class .

4. Teachers or groups will be changed if you don’t like the class.

5. Stop payment can be done if we don’t want to continue the classes further.

6. Many reminders and messages were given to stop the class but no reply was given

Since, the above commitments made by Bhanzu have failed till date, no refund or stop payment is done till date . Thus , I am taking legal action against the company through the Consumer forum and will file a case against the company and its owner for cheating and fraud .

In-addition to that I will file an FIR against the CEO and their co-worker who are a part of this fraud . I will publish this in the newspaper and will post on all social media platforms to make sure this fraudulent business should not continue any more. I will make sure that Mr. Bhanzu repents why I came into this illegal business.
