I ordered 3 joggers in a combo offer and product quality is worst.So I decided to return but I am not able to as their customer service is more pathetic than their product. To return a product we have to contact customer care which is a bot. Clearly they are fraud.
And they have a well designed app to complete this fraud. Once you order
No option to cancel
Once delivered no option to return directly, need to contact helpcenter which is a bot and we get message saying executive is joining but never joins
Message sent time keeps changing as per sender's clock time so that we can't prove we waited for hours but no response was given. It will always seem like message was sent just now. Well thought fraud indeed.
I see many are facing similar problems with them , I request you to kindly file a case in consumer court.More number of cases a against a party means they will be resolved quickly if not at least they will be in notice.
Record screen , take screenshots, do whatever necessary, please file complaint in consumer court. They think people will just yell for 2 days and move on , and they are correct. They take advantage of our impatience.
Please file a complaint. Pleaseeee.
