Oatmeal is enriched of Fibre and protein and also
oatmeal is considered to be the best food for weight loss. It acts as filler and also provides more energy as compared to other carbohydrate diets. Thus, it is considered to be an ideal meal for breakfast.
That's why in breakfast I always take some oatmeal.I tried so many oatmeals like suffola, Quaker Oats, Kellogg’s Oats, Bagrry’s White Oats and some are too, because m fond of food and I always try to eats different different tastes of products that makes me to used bevin oats too.
And after one time using it, I never use it before because it tastes like wheat flour. Flavor was also not there and it also smells little gawkily.I don't like it. Its packaging is so fascinating with advertisment too but taste is not. So my experiences with it is not really good
