I love the look and feel of this website and I think it is really well designed. I have one little grouse, though. They need to have a separate section for hot chocolate. Currently, it is merged with the coffee section. Nevertheless, its navigability is really good. I like the fact that they have created separate sections within the broader framework of teas and coffee so that it is easy to sort between decaffeinated coffee, organic coffee and so on.
They offer free shipping for order over Rs. 750, which I personally think is a little too high. I hope that in the future it will be Rs. 500 like other online retailers.
Overall, I think Beveragewala is doing a great job. It has to sort out a few glitches here and there but it has just started and I am sure that in a couple of months the website will become perfect.
