I have been a member with Ben body Studio for more than a year, I can say this place simply rocks. The complete approach towards my fitness has been so methodical, in terms of complete body analysis, monthly reassessment, periodical diet counseling, I feel literally pampered.
Unlike other so called famous gyms, where they give attention mostly to personal training members, I get full attention from trainers. The monthly outdoor tracking activity gives me opportunity to bond with my fellow gym friends.
The in house spa and salon has made our weekends so relaxing and comfortable, be it a hair treatment for me or a facial for my wife, no need to go any where else. All is available under one roof.Hygiene in such a place is very important and its been taken care of completely on all the 3 floors be it the toilets, showers, sauna room, steam room, Jacuzzi..
My full marks for this place.. anybody who is serious about fitness with all facilities available at one place , than Ben Body is the place to join.
