I have taken 6 months plan of 4 max. I placed a request to shift the connection to new house, just like 3 lanes from the place I was already residing earlier. When I called to CC they raised a ticket. After 3 days technician came to my house and told me that all the boxes residing me are full and we need to install a new set-top box and it will take 1 month time.
I am really surprised that why you need 1 month time. Even after 1 month also they are not promising the connection.
After so many calls to customer care I came to know that for new set-top box they need min no. of connections.
Without that either 1 month or 1 year they will not provide connection. How pathetic this is?
